Crows Feet Studios is a family-owned and run business that is creating line of paintings and prints for sale, based on a series of recurring characters. We also create commissioned portraits for clients anywhere on the globe. In addition, we do custom murals for homeowners, businesses or local government in the Naperville/Plainfield area- any size, theme, or location!

Paintings

We have a new series of paintings and prints that we’ve developed. They combine a friendly, cartoonish feel with a spooky, lush environment to make these paintings truly one of a kind. The originals are for sale on Etsy, along with prints of the originals. More paintings and prints will be added almost weekly. And, be sure to watch for our merchandise based on our paintings!

Portraits

Crows Feet Studios portraits are hand drawn-- no scanning, no Photoshop. We feel that a portrait captures the spirit of the subject (but not literally-- then we’d have to set the spirit free, because we’d feel bad). In other words, the drawings are portraits, not photo realistic renderings. We do it the old fashioned way, with pencil and paper.

We also specialize in themed portraits. Whether you want the subject to be put in a medieval setting, Victorian, the Old West, or any sort of theme at all—we are very happy to work with you.

Many people ask, “Will you do portraits of pets?” Yes! We will gladly draw portraits of your family, as well as your dog, cat, ferret, fish, wombat, orangutan or fruit bat. All we need are a few good photos of the subject (or subjects) and we can take it from there.

Murals

Crows Feet Studios provides custom murals in Naperville and the surrounding area. We create murals for private residences, businesses, schools, libraries and other municipal buildings.

What type of murals do we do? We will paint whatever you’d like! Castles, jungles, dinosaurs, outer space, cartoon characters, cityscapes, landscapes-- you name the theme and we’ll put it on the wall! Tell us what you have in mind and we can make it happen. We use different textures and effects to help create exactly the look you want. We also use low VOC paints that are environmentally friendly and low odor.
